Any person making orders in SaimaaLife online shop must be at least 18 years of age and he/she must hold a permanent delivery address within the delivery area of the online shop. For example, mail box addresses, hotels and other similar temporary addresses are not regarded as permanent addresses.

The customer must accept these general terms to be able to make any orders in the online shop. By accepting these general terms, the customer agrees to fully comply with these general terms and simultaneously accepts and gives his or her express consent for the processing of his/her personal data and Quality To Life Naturally's use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Prices are in euro and they include Finnish tax 24% (VAT). Postage and handling will be added automatically in all orders. We deliver to Finland via Postipaketti mail and internationally via Priority mail. Orders are sent via Pakettipalvelu with tracking information.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.

We deliver products to the following countries. The delivery costs are as follows.

Zone 1: Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Estonia - 15 €

Zone 2: Bulgaria, Spain, Irland, Great-Britain, Italy, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech, Hungary - 25 €

Rest of the world: USA, Canada, Japan, Hongkong, China, India, Australia, New Zealand, Greenland, Iceland, Kroatia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Vatican, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Turkey, Vietnam, Egypt, Mexico, Faroa Islands, Gibraltar - 40 €


Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the current delivery terms.


You may pay by using Shopify payments. Shopify payments include a possibility to pay with credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. While using ePayments remember to come back to the web shop after visiting your web bank. 

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will email you an order confirmation showing your order details. Check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery time

Delivery time to Finland is 4-7 business days. Delivery time abroad depends of the destination country. We will notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.

We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. The online shop informs about different delivery times on its website.


If you are not fully satisfied with our order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them. The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging.

Before sending any returns, contact us by email mari@saimaalife.com.

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. We will process the refund using the payment method you used for your original payment. Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery and return costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Problem situations

If, when you receive the product, you notice any damage during transport, please report the damage immediately at the pick-up point and notify us immediately by e-mail: mari@saimaalife.com.
